This primary suite addition to a historic St. Paul home was designed to bring both function and longevity to a previously limited upper level. The need for an additional bathroom and dedicated storage led to the creation of a fully integrated suite—complete with a spacious walk-in closet and second-floor laundry.

A key priority was ensuring the addition felt original to the home. The suite was designed as a calm, restorative retreat. A moody, refined palette is layered with natural materials, including maple flooring, marble tile, and soapstone surfaces. Custom detailing carries throughout, with a tailored vanity, integrated mirrored medicine cabinets, and soft, intentional lighting—creating a space that feels both elevated and enduring.
