DESIGN FEATURES

Large Scale Renovation - roughly 3,500 SF

location

The client originally envisioned a modern kitchen—a warm, inviting space that balanced sleek design with a cozy atmosphere. As the project evolved, the scope expanded to the entire first floor. Reconfiguring a single wall at the kitchen, meant many more opportunities for the cohesive layout. Also, we had to lower the entire floor level by about two inches due to the original travertine.

By lowering the floor level throughout all travertine locations, we ensured the home had seamless transitions between all the spaces, allowing the entire first floor to feel unified and connected. Now, the space has layering in rich materials, custom cabinetry, and unique color palettes—ensuring every room feels personal, warm, and cohesive, far beyond a standard renovation. And we’re actively bringing this vision to life step by step, ensuring it remains uniquely theirs.

ANSWERING
the
QUESTIONS

What if I have more questions about the tour?

The drive to Dellwood is one of the best on the tour. Late October puts the whole route at peak color, and the last stretch — winding past the lakes and through the hardwoods — is worth the trip on its own. There will be signage along the drive, but feel free to pull up directions via the address below! Plenty of street parking available.

How do we get there and what's the drive like?

**A ticket is required for entry.** One Artisan Home Tour ticket gets you into every home on the tour, ours included — so it's worth buying before you head out.
